Customer Service

Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA stands behind the products we sell as do the manufacturers who produce them. If you notice any product defect that should be of concern to us, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to address your concerns.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping is via FEDEX Ground, UPS Ground or USPS(only upon request).

Orders will be shipped using standard ground shipping via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service(upon request only). If you would prefer, we are happy to ship via any shipper using an account number you provide. Rush orders will incur additional shipping charges. In-stock items, in most cases, will arrive within 7business days of your order. If an item is not in-stock, we will contact you to provide an expected ship date.

Duties on International Shipments

Any duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time the duties are charged to Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA.

Return Policy

Any custom prepared or special order merchandise is not returnable, nor are any candies. If you would like to return merchandise you have purchased within the last 30 days, you must start the process by obtaining a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact us. Once a return authorization number has been provided, you must ship the merchandise to Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA using a trackable shipping method with signature required, such as UPS, to the address provided with your return authorization.

  • Absolutely no refunds after 30 days.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and be in resalable condition.
  • Any product purchased from Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA that arrives damaged or defective will be replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures.
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original credit card used in the original transaction.

Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. In general, we will use your information to contact you regarding your order(s) or to send updates and notices if you have opted in to our mailing list. Your information will not be sold or shared with any of our partners unless your express permission is given. This notice describes our privacy policy. Ordering Samples

We understand it is sometimes hard to make a decision based on the pictures you see on a website. We do our best to provide high quality large fotos to help you decide.  In the event you would like to request a sample of one of our items to assist you in making your decision, please keep the following in mind:

  • If a sample is available for a given item, it will be indicated on that item's page
  • Our busy season is mid-February through late-July, and then again September through November. If you are requesting sample item(s) during these times, please allow at least 1 month to receive your samples.
  • In many cases, samples need to be ordered directly from our vendor(s) in Italy and therefore will take 4-8 weeks to arrive.
  • You may also want to visit one of our  Retailers or Planners to see a sample in person.
