This document sets out the wholesale policy and relevant information for all those interested in affiliating with Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA (as exclusive US agent of Confetti Pelino Sulmona). By having received this notice, you are assuming responsibility and indicating your agreement to abide by all the terms and conditions within.
WHOLESALE POLICY for RETAILERS
Confetti Pelino & Bomboniera USA(Pelino) is pleased to work with those organizations seeking to provide Pelino products to their customers and has the following policies:
For Retailers with a physical store location (or locations)
You may order any of the products shown on www.confettipelino.com for resale to your customers. Wholesale prices will be provided upon acceptance of wholesale application. Wholesale prices for Gift Items will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Minimum order is $100.00. Samples are available for purchase at the wholesale cost. We are also happy to drop ship products to your customers. Promotional materials (Pelino postcards and Pelino History flyers) are available for a nominal charge. WE LIMIT RETAILERS TO ONE PER MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREA so as to maintain the exclusivity and brand image of Pelino. Should you become a Pelino retail outlet, we will feature you on www.confettipelino.com in the Link section. Should you wish to feature Pelino on your website, we will provide information that may be used. NOTE: Select Pelino products (but not all) are available for sale over websites other than www.confettipelino.com. Please contact us directly if you would like to sell our products on your website. For Wedding and Event Planners:

For Internet-Only Merchants (without a physical retail location or showroom):
Select Pelino products are available for sale over websites other than www.confettipelino.com. Please contact us directly if you would like to sell our products on your website to build a custom assortment for your site. Wholesale prices will be provided upon acceptance of wholesale application. Alternatively, we would welcome you as a referral partner and ask that you see the information for referral partner below.
For Referral Partners:
We are pleased to enter into “referral” relationships with those seeking to offer the Pelino products to their clients that do not have either a physical retail store, internet store or a wedding planning/event business or retailers/planners seeking to offer the full line of Pelino merchandise on their website. As a referral partner, you would receive a commission on any sales that you refer to Pelino through your website. The commission is equal to the difference between the wholesale price and the selling price. We will list all referral partners (aside from internet-only merchants) on our site and we will also provide information that can be posted on your website which will identify you as a Pelino affiliate and provide you with brand exposure associated with the Pelino name.
Contract Bomboniera Artisans
Due to tremendous demand for our merchandise, we are currently looking to build a network of contract bomboniera artisans around the
Distribution Associates
We are looking to build a network of distribution associates around the US who can store our confetti candies and then ship them as needed to our customers (packing slip and FEDEX shipping label provided via email) in the event we need to handle overflow capacity. Distribution associates would be furnished packing materials and confetti candies and would be paid a flat fee to package each order and take to the nearest FEDEX shipping point within 1 day of receiving the packing slip and FEDEX shipping label.

All Pelino marketing materials are copyrighted and the Pelino logo and brand name may not be used without written permission from
Joining the Pelino Affiliate Network as a Retailer, Planner or Referral Partner
Should you be interested in joining the Pelino affiliate network, please fill out the application included with this document. Once the application has been reviewed, you may purchase from Pelino. Initial orders are C.O.D. Future orders are 50% deposit at time of order and balance of payment due upon shipment of merchandise. If needed, at this point we will furnish promotional materials and information that may be posted on your website.
